Description

Using setVehicleAmmo on the server on a vehicle local to the server will sometimes have no effect on clients' machines.

Steps To Reproduce

Just use the command on a vehicle that does not have full ammo and ask clients to check if the vehicle is fully loaded or not. Sometimes it fails.

Haven't tested on non-dev, but it is similar to these issues which I was getting on non-dev as well:

Update: Seems to get broadcasted across the network, but only take effect where the vehicle is local.
