AI not following waypoints after exiting vehicle while in Safe Mode

Description

I'm trying to make an AI unit travel from one place to another, get out, patrol a bit, get back in the vehicle, move back to where they came from, get out, patrol a bit, then cycle.

The AI seems to stall and just stand next to the vehicle following the first get out. It then doesn't move. Ultimately, not doing what I want it to do. {F21765}

Steps To Reproduce

-Place an irfrit anywhere on any map
-Place a a "GET OUT" waypoint, set the behavior to "SAFE"
-Place a few other waypoints to simulate patrolling an area
-Place a "GET IN" Waypoint
-Place a "GET OUT" in the same location it came from originally.
-Place more waypoints to simulate a patrol
-Place a "GET IN" Waypoint
-Place a "CYCLE" waypoint at the first "GET OUT" Waypoint to cycle this action.

Additional Information

This works fine if behavior is set in any other mode, aware and above.

Careless and Safe behavior modes seem to have the same problem as reported above.
