any diver in shallow water / close to the shore should be moved up and down (by waves) or dragged away from currents.

This is not only for realistic. It has a highly effect to TACTIC. For underwater combat and also for going on land.

and of course should it be very dangerous close to rocks and cliffs. So the landing zones are the sandy beaches.... or harbours. NOT every place of the rocky costline.
