Backpacks pickup action radius too small on packed items

Description

The radius to pick up a backpack is incredibly small when an item is packed into a backpack (Mortar, UAV etc) and seems considerably smaller than picking up a standard backpack on the floor.

Sometimes I am not able to get the "pick up" action at all.
