Preview any mission on Altis.
Execute the following statements in the debug console: player setposatl [13664.3,12287.7,0.00187111]; player setvectordir [0.714949,0.699175,0];

Move the mouse around.

Notice that the rock will sometimes disappear (more likely when looking down towards the ground)
