When you move in game, the rain moves with you. Usually this isn't noticeable, but it becomes VERY obvious when you're in a vehicle, or strafing.

Steps To Reproduce
- Place player unit in editor
- Set rain to max
- Run mission. Notice how rain goes directly down.
- Strafe right, rain is still going directly down and appears to move with the player.
