Hi all,
I was flying the blackfoot today and realized that the exhaust from the turbines are in the wrong place the blackfoot is modeled off of Sikorsky's Comanche which doesn't expel the hot exhaust from where a normal chopper would have it, it instead expels it from under the tail boom this is used to mix the cold air from outside with the hot gases which masks it's thermal heat signature making it a lot harder to be spotted with thermal optics and heat seeking missiles, also the noise that it produces is very minimal the Comanche has a high pitched whine but not the usual "thump" of a normal chopper which is caused but the air from the tail rotor colliding with the air from the main rotor but the way the Comanche is designed is to eliminate that problem making the Comanche basically soundless and can only be heard within about 200-400 meters. I wasn't sure what to put this under so correct me if I'm wrong
