Helicopter Pilots no longer have NVGs by default

Description

Helicopter Pilots (B_helipilot_F, I_helipilot_F, I_helicrew_F, O_helipilot_F) no longer start with NVGs in their configs.

This is with the current dev build. In the stable build they do start with NVGs on.

Steps To Reproduce

Open editor, place down Helicopter pilot of any faction, preview, no NVG. Also none listed in linkedItems or respawnLinkedItems in their configs.

Seems to be fixed in Dev Branch and was acknowledged in the patch notes.

Fixed in dev branch.
