When civilians whip out a pistol and start shooting NATO/CSAT/AAF soldiers, they do not fire back. This is strange because civilians can kill entire squads without anyone even recognizing the civilian as a threat. I think that when fired upon, the soldiers should treat them as an enemy/ally shooting his own men.
