Todays Dev Update of 199.1MB has caused a blue screen whilst updating.
Have reproduced the error by pausing the update, then releasing on Pc restart. There may be a nasty big attached to the file?

Can't be reproduced for me, and that's certainly not ArmA 3 bug. It may be a bug in Steam (i.e. you should write to their support), but most likely it's a problem with your drivers or hard drive.
Can you perform a full drive check with sector scan?
(chkdsk C: /F /R /X, repeat for every drive. will take a few hours)

as I've paused the arma 3 beta 'dev' update, the game no longer shows in my installed games listing therefore have now reinstalled steam from the steam website, reinstalled arma 3 beta, opted for 'dev' then updated as usual.
strange thing is now my bohemia/arma 3 account has been blocked (possible hacking?), so have now reset my password, and is now all working fine again.
my theory, arma 3 account hacked, dev updates thus blocked, steam affected somehow by the hack. then again it may just be a corrupt install of arma 3 beta.
