place a user texture on map add a image.paa

(image is converted .png to .paa) smaller in size than 1x1mtr and has transparent background, for example a small sign.

in previous version the background was transparent u could see the surface of the wall or wat ever it is placed on,

now the image is in the middle of a 1x1mtr black square, this greatly reduces the possibility's of the user texture object
