Sometimes the game will crash to the desktop with the "program not responding" window, and sometimes it will just freeze in game and I have to ctrl+alt+delete to close it. When either happens, the mouse doesn't work (I can't click on anything.) The best way I found to get mouse control back is by ctrl+alt+delete, then using the arrow keys. This brings back mouse control.

Edit: This time when it happened, I had to use alt+tab to get to the task manager and I noticed that there were two unfamiliar programs listed. One called "snapped desktop" and one called "immersive background". I looked these up and they have something to do with Windows 8 Metro. Apparently there are other games that have compatibility issues like this with Metro, and have crashes that act very similar to this. {F21309}
