Add a combination key with Ctrl or shift to put communication in pause to let you the time to sync an attack and an execute key to give the commands at your team mates.
This is to give you an advantage in preparation for differents communications that you have to give to your team.
It's difficult with the keys to be in real time without to be late when coordinate actions at your team members. Really helpfull for hot actions, to plan an assault with differents orders.
Can be done with many steps, example:
1- All hold fire
2- All stealth
3- Give positions at your team mates
4- All fire at will
Then execute, team members take place and attack when everybody is ready ( in place ). Note that if a team mate is spoted and be on fire, orders change and everybody in the team can defend him, security first. It's not a closed system but dynamic, like it can be in reality.
