AI wont disembark from vehicles

Description

tested with choppers, when using the AI as a squad leader and ordering them to get in a vehicle, changing character and then getting back to the AI leader and order them to disembark, they will be unable to do it, i had to use the "eject" command

Cannot repro. Get in helicopter, order AI to disembark, they do.

got fixed in some of the 2 last beta builds
