It sounds silly, but hear me out. For instance if you're behind cover (a low rock) and in a low crouch position and completely covered and you then reload, your torso angle will change to be higher, exposing your head and upper body to fire, despite being in low crouch.

Steps To Reproduce
Get behind a small concealment, set your stance to low crouch. Notice that you're completely covered from the 12 'o clock position and that your vision is obscured.
Fire off a few shots and hit reload.
Your vision will then raise above cover (due to your torso being in a raised position) despite being in a stance which is intentionally meant to be lower than the aforementioned cover.
Additional Information
Could make for some pretty frustrating gameplay behind cover, with unintentional reloading and no way to go lower/prone whilst the reloading animation plays out you'll be a sitting duck for a few seconds.
