Description

Get shot down, crash and you have just team killed your whole team.
Standing on the ground and your gunner shoots rockets and explodes the chopper causing the pilot to team kill the gunner and anyone else.
Gunner shoots friendly forces and pilot is doing the teamkilling
Gunner shooting enemies and gets all the points, the pilot gets nothing.

I believe it shouldn't work like that.
