Steps To Reproduce
- Get into vehicle. (Driver, Passenger)
- Lock vehicle.
- Drive into water.
- Driver is forcefully ejected.
- Passengers remain and do not die.
Additional Information
Seems to be consistent across vehicles with passenger slots, eg. Passenger seat in the Off Road or back of the HEMMT.
Have stayed inside the drowning vehicle for around 5 minutes, player is still alive.

And on a side note, you can drive tanks onder water, it is a submarine. You only get ejected if you are 500 meters into the ocean, close to shore you can drive under water, pop up above the water and shoot and go under water again to hide from AT fire... without being ejected or drowning.
