I noticed this as well. As of now, it appears like both weapons take 9mm ammo. I'm guessing that this is something that will be changed as the Beta soldiers forward, at least, I hope so.

That, and I'm wondering why the US carries the Walther and the GreenFor carries the 1911. :p It seems backwards to me.
