Description

When driving a HEMTT, the horn sounds exactly the same on the inside as it does on the outside.

Steps To Reproduce

1.) Hop into a HEMTT.
2.) Press the horn.
3.) Note how it sounds exactly the same on the inside as the outside. No sound muffling.
