Description

Whenever I try to close one of my issues, I always get "Access Denied".

its not a bad thing, only admins can close them, but i think people should be able to open them if they have a good reason to

They said people could close them... That's the whole point of it.

You shouldn't be able to re-open your bugs, but you should be able to close them.
