Open editor. Place rifleman near "Stone Shed (inhabited) v1" (there's a few of 'em in northern part of Agia Marina) and try to throw a grenade through one of its windows.

This building is now called Stone House (Small, Grey) and it's windows are now working correctly, so I guess this ticket may be closed.
