First aid stuck in sound/status loop due to reloading

Description

While healing myself after taking damage, I tried reloading my rifle. The reload finished, but the first aid effect sound started looping and I was unable to heal myself any more.

Specifically I was a BLUFOR changing the ammo of a OPFOR rifle from standard to green tracers, if that makes any difference
