Soldier running, sprinting, walking... are just awful and unrealistic. They look funny the way the run. The way they sprint, the neck, the hands, the shoulders, it looks like some kind of comedy act.

Hard to explain but very odd that it is done that way and no one else has noticed this. Why is that?

People don't run like that at all!

My english isn't too good to explain what I mean but it looks like some kind of joke/comedy when they run.

This is the first game ever that I have seen such a bad and ridiculous animation on the characters. What were you thinking when making these animations? Really.
