As said in the summary, when fireing an automatic weapon while in semi-mode it should automatically switch to fullauto-mode (with a short delay, like the assault rifles in ArmA 2) when the trigger/ lmb is not released.
Or there should be at least weapons which have this feature.

How about no ?
In real life if you set your fire selector on SEMI it wont magically switch to AUTO just because you're holding down the trigger.
