AI - Ability to surrender

Description

I know it´s still Alpha but the AI need the ability to surrender and order others to surrender. They should have the perception to understand when are fewer to surrender and when are outnumber to impose others to surrender.

(fallen pilot, civilians in the middle of a confrontation, sieged cities)

This is part of the game that is really missing in OFP and ARMA series. Since this one of the two options every solider have to consider under attack so AIs and players should have this option.

But what is important as well is that when they are surrendering they have to drop weapons on the ground (so they could be picked up).

TasmanskyCert, I know in Operation Arrowhead AI would surrender during the campaign. I believe in Arma 2 it was a module that had to be enabled in the editor for custom missions.
