HUNTER HMG rate of fire...

In the build 0.52.103507
The rate of fire is about 5 rounds per second

In the build 0.55.103960 [DEV]
The rate of fire is about 10 rounds per second

I'm not sure which is correct but I Just thought I'd point this out just incase it has been overlooked.

Steps To Reproduce

Fire the weapon on the HUNTER HMG in both 0.52.103507 & 0.55.103960 [DEV] builds and see the difference.
