Dense blurry filter forced on for intro cutscenes

Description

When intro (probably outro too) is displayed when playing the mission from scenarios, there is a heavy forced blurry filter over the cutscene. In editor the cutscene works normally.

Steps To Reproduce

Create any intro/outro cutscene in editor and play the mission through scenarios.

Additional Information

There is divers in the cutscene if that have something to do with the bug.
