The interface doesent allow you to effectivley track the positions of your teammates around you when you're trying to move as a group because the markers don't tell you how far they are behind you or if they are even following you. This makes moving together as a group very difficult and takes away from the gameplay. Using the manual look doesn't help much because its too distracting to use while on the move and looking back every 5 seconds to see where your team is, is very annoying. This takes away from the realism because something which would be intuitive normally becomes an annoyance.
