So this happens with arma 2 and arma 3 with the FPS going up and down when trying to play them both. when i join into a server it runs fine for a minute or so than the FPS dropped for a minute than goes back. it keeps doing it over and over and all my drivers are up to date but idea what is going on.

i have a EVGA GTX 650 Ti 2GB video card
AMD 6-core CPU 3.3GHz with 12GB of ram
with Win 7 64-bit

if anyone can help out than let me know asap
