I do not understand why on a vehicle you can not perform actions as a general reload their weapons or treat yourself, or maybe even a close teammate(of course only if you are not the pilot, co-pilot or gunner) and of course do not have the ability to shoot (but there is already an open ticket for that). It seems to me quite obvious for a simulation of real war.
