Unrealistic vehicle torque
Reviewed, NormalPublic

Description

I am not sure if anyone else agrees, but we have always thought that the torque in vehicles is unrealistically low when going up hills. We acknowledge that there should be some power loss however, even sometimes when you are on a road that is semi steep, the vehicle just barely crawls up the hill annoyingly slow when you know that a vehicle of that sort should be able to rip up a hillside with more torque.

I agree. The vehicle should be able to simply downshift and continue on it's trek up the hill. Instead it just slows down to a crawl. Not realistic. Give the vehicle more power and allow it to downshift for more torque.

The problem is not with torque but with dumb automatic gearbox.
