If you look at a grenade that has been thrown, it will still have the pin and the spoon attached which would usually mean it hasn't been activated. Just a minor thing considering if a grenade lands at your feet, you probably have more to worry about than inspecting it for accuracy, but I thought it was worth spending minutes of my life that I'll never get back to bring it to the devs attention. {F18245}
