i want to access my teammate's gear directly without having them to take a "gear" action. It works find with backpacks.

i suggest adding one entry to the action menu when near a teammate so you can access their gear.

and to be access their inventory via F2 -> 6 -> "gear" at anytime (so you can order them to drop something)

of course AI teammates only... players can interact anyway.
