Can't get gear out of vehicle

Description

I can't get gear out of a vehicle as long as I haven't gotten into the vehicle at least once.
It is quite annoying because I always waste time getting in and out of each vehicles from which I want gear.
Happens in multiplayer and in singleplayer.

I've noticed this happening a couple of times.
Not in all vehicles though.

Since the last update, it still happens but only for the weapons.
