When not in combat pace, firing causes player to stop walking

Description

Firing a weapon from the hip while moving causes the player to stop, shoot, then keep walking in a shuddering manner. That is not the case when walking in combat pace. My suggestion would be to make it so shooting puts the player temporarily in combat pace, then go back to normal walking when not firing.
