Separate Vehicle Freelook Options

Description

I like the idea of enabling and disabling vehicle freelook.

But it'd be nice to enable / disable it for different kinds of vehicles -
i want to turn it on for ground vehicles but turn it off for air vehicles since i'm more comfortable with using my mouse to control a helicopter
