A fairly common and reasonably sized building which would be cool to have enterable. Not a big deal, but it'd make for a nice bonus from the environmental artist department if time permits. Also, there's a ladder to the small, side roof, but it's not possible to get onto the higher, main roof. If somebody takes the time to work on the building, perhaps he could add an extra ladder in order to make that possible?
