I go to multiplayer and pick a server and hit connect and then the screen where you are supposed to pick what class to be(rifle man/egineneer/ect...) is not showing any information for that, It's blank and down in the right hand corner you can hit ok and it loads the mission file and then when trying to connect it puts me back to the server menu. This started today(3/11/2013) at 4:30pm eastern time when there was a Update for Arma 3 on the steam version.
