ATOC causes affected trees and grass to look grainy and bugged out

Description

Whenever I enable ATOC the affected trees and grass look all grainy and buggy.Disabling ATOC fixes the problem.I thing the bug has to do with my system specs because none of my friends experience this bug with ATOC.
My specs- OS- Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
CPU- Intel i5 2500K @ 4.4 GHz
GPU-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670
RAM- 12.0 GB RipjawsX Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 1333 (9-9-9-24)
MOBO- ASUS P8Z68-V GEN3

Additional Information

The ATOC bug only affects the selected trees and grass,if I enable it for just Trees then only the respective trees are affected

Quick workaround is, to set Transparency Antialiasing in driver settings to either Off or Multisample. Supersample + ATOC causes the described problem.
