Allow missions makers to disable auto report

Description

Whether a unit is controlled by the AI or a player they will automatically report detected contact which can break immersion & is generally annoying.

Team Leaders will tell people to regroup frequently if they are not nearby already.

It would be great if this could be disabled mission side & even clientside.

When you're playing you don't want to hear the AI auto reporting every little thing, including their position. If I want that i'll tell them to do so.

I don't want my character automatically reporting contact which I cannot see & am not aware of. Ruins quite a few things & there should be an option to disable it without removing someones radio.

ACE seems to have it currently disabling the text/the voice removed all together. I believe there's a script command for it, would be lovely if it was in by default.
