When i play a mission with my community, and i try to shoot out the windows they seem not to hit the enemy or break

It's likely due to the fact BI had no intentions of updating the destruction model, aka buildings, windows, cars, etc.

THem need to fix their Walls, because are ridiculously weird when them fall

Then make a ticket for updating the destruction.

This only applies to the windows of certain buildings. Not all of the windows are indestructible.
