Steps To Reproduce
Select a word from the issues titles in "My View" and try to search for it in "View Issues" the expected issue doesn't come back.
Example:
Issue "0002452:Firing from vehicles" from "Recently Modified".
Searching for "Firing from vehicles" doesn't produce any results, searching for "firing" produces results but the above issue isn't one of them.
Additional Information
Without functional searching you can't check if your bur report is a duplicate.

Are you sure your filters are set correctly? Because at least when I searched for "Firing from vehicles" it returned 9 results: 1st one was this and the 2nd was the example issue 2452.
