Some windows does't break.
And even some doors cannot be shot through - while you are inside the room.

Steps To Reproduce

Enter the building West of the "fat U" building. Shoot through the windows there.
Also the big hall at the shooting range. If the enemy is outside the door - and you shoot him trough the door - the bullets doesnt seem to reach him.

Found a couple of buildings where I can't shoot through the windows. Mainly only found this in the main town just down the road from the Airfield.
