In case of random crashes, please install latest graphic and sound drivers. Usage of driver cleaner before installing new drivers will make sure you have no corrupted drivers left on computer.

Also try deleting *.Arma3AlphaProfile files in Documents/Arma 3 Alpha

Please provide some steps to reproduce so we are able to pinpoint the issue

I did provide steps to reproduce the issue, click start game and get the error. I dont do anything else or anything different from when it works.

All drivers as far as I am aware are upto date.

Im happy to try out the beta drivers though if that will help rule that one out.

*edit* I just updated my sound card drivers hopefully that fixes the problem Ill report back either way.

have you tried deleting those 2 files?

I updated my sound drivers the issue remained.

I am going to remove the files now and I will report back either way.

Ok I have now made sure I have updated my drivers and deleted the suggested files and the start up crash still happened.
Do I need to delete those files every time?

Im not running the beta drivers for my card atm I can try those I have no problem with doing that if it will help.
