Steps To Reproduce
- Find concrete barriers, hescos, and metal containers at the airfield that are outside.
- make any sort of radio call or have one occur naturally by sight of a hostile.
- The resulting echo should be made very obnoxiously.

I believe there were some oil containers behind the character when he spoke.
