It is not possible to shoot though window glass in an ordinary civilian house.
You cannot shoot in/out.

Steps To Reproduce
1). Place player near civilian house.
2). Place AI friendly/enemy soldier outside house so you can see him from inside
the house through a window.
3). Move your player inside the house and shoot though glass and see if you can kill the other AI outside. ( you cannot shoot him ).
4). Try to change possition with player and AI and shoot him inside the house.
( you cannot shoot him ).
