After a mortar is flipped (onto its side due to an explosion), you get the option to unflip it. This is great! However, currently after you see the option, and unflip the weapon, it is impossible to use the weapon again. You keep seeing the option to unflip, and you can keep unflipping the weapon, but you cannot utilize it.
