Game suddenly slows down

Description

I have i5 3570k@4.00 ghz, visibility 3000 all very high AA 4x.
I have a GHz edition ATI 7970 vapor x, it's an overkill card.

Still there are these slowshows( not stuttering, not slow fps, not lag, not rubberbanding just the game slows downs 2x).
