Well, when you throw a normal grenade infront of you it will hit the ground and jump randomly, but the smoke grenade it stay right where you throw it, just lays on a side and starts to smoke..Theres no sound heard at all. It simply start to smoke. It should make a "blow" sound and also should make a spark and then we should hear the smoke how it comes out. But in here? Theres no sound, no spark and it stays right where you throw it.
