Foliage/trees highly contrasted - colors for foliage not loading

Description

The tree and foliage along the ground are 'contrasted' out and their colors are not loading. It is a hard visual to describe but they look like the colors have been reversed or neutralized. Major visual problem while playing. Image attached below.

It would appear this is caused by an in-game video setting. The ATOC rendering option appears to cause it. Disabling this feature removed the distorted effect on shrubbery/trees.
